Good Progress

I have been searching for a Mint alternative. Their ads are in your face and distracting. I am pleased to say your app is helpful but not quite there yet. Tracking features are great. It’s easy to see repetitive transactions, subscriptions, etc. Interface is clean. I am excited to try out the new budgeting feature. Thank you for adding that! Please add a feature next to be allow users to create custom categories. Great progress!

The Best Spend Tracking & Budgeting App

agupt197

I am not someone who puts in effort to write reviews but this app is so amazing that I had to give the shout out. I have been using Mint since couple of months but wasn’t quite satisfied and still kept searching for a better product. I came across the Clarity ad a couple of times but ignored it. Today after downloading the app, linking my account and creating budgets I feel this is the best app out there. It is so easy and has the best ways to track and budget plus it is so easy to open a savings account with Marcus using Clarity. Thanks team, you have got 1 more active user.

Switched from Mint

Clarity is way cleaner and intuitive than Mint.

Great app. One suggestion to improve

Thanks for this great app. I found spending nugget very genius and I am using it everyday to save more and control my spending. I have a suggestion to make this app even better: To modify expenses. Eg we book a room on Airbnb and every one pays their share. However I cannot modify that expense or I own a family plan that has more than 400$/month bill and everyone pays their share. I like to be able to edit some expenses to show my own expense habits. I would appreciate if you reflect this issue in future updates. Again thanks for this great app.

Poor customer service and response

Switching to Mint

I’ve been using Clarity for quite a while now. At first, everything was great - my bank linked up, I was able to track my budget at a glance, and I even signed up for the savings account. At a certain point my bank reconciliation stopped working. I corresponded with multiple representatives who told me that the bank (Wells Fargo) linking issue would be resolved. Here, months later, it has not. No one has tried to solve my issue with a personalised technical fix. They tell me to unlink and then link it back, but the app won’t allow me to do that. Even if the issue is user-based, no support person has walked me through any process to rectify it. The moment that I find a savings account with a similar or better interest yield, I’m cutting ties with Clarity. I’m using Mint to track my budget and, let me tell you, despite the lack of high interest savings account, it is BETTER! Edit: I’ve already corresponded with someone via the support email address in regards to a “known issue” and STILL have not received any solutions. Sending me back to support hardly seems like a sensible resolution at this point.

Great app.

Awesome! Great UI & UX. I just ask that you add some additional integrations with services such as Robinhood and IFTTT.

Good but...

Honestly I really like this app. It's easy to use I'm just trying to get all accounts linked. I am a college student so I want to track my loans but I can't seem to make it work. Also my University bank isn't listed to link. Also also the credit score isn't working for me. If I could get even one of those things figured out I would be way happier.

Never syncs

Lil9Porkchop

It syncs the first time you create an account and never again. It has missing transactions.

Citi group

I just downloaded the app and it seems great. However, I cannot connect my Citi account. The app keeps telling me I cannot connect Citi unless I upgrade to the latest version of the app. Odd, considering I JUST downloaded what I would think is the latest version.

Easy to use, but could be improved

This app has an easy/organized layout and does a great job keeping track of your expenses and showing you where your spending is being divided. One thing that would make it better, and give the users a better picture of their overall finances, is if it could link with Venmo accounts
