I love this app! Download a map before you go and you’ll never be at the mercy of the internet. This is especially useful when traveling abroad when you might not have a data plan. I also love the functionality that allows you to keep a record of your trip … where you’ve been, photos, notes, etc. It’s also useful for making a list of the places you’re planning to visit; you can save these on the map and refer to it when you arrive. So useful!

Stable and responsive. Better alternative to Google My Maps, but is still lacking a webpage mapping interface. Unlimited number of points to save and recall. Directions available in Apple Maps & Google Maps.

Nice to be able to view maps without needing cell data service. New versions have made the app even more useful. Now that I am using the new version, it would be useful if it stopped telling me to use the new version every time I start the app.

I upgraded my version Ulmon Pro as I was instructed to do and now all data but two cities in Italy are gone!!! I return in a few weeks and I have tons of important locations and notes stored in the app. I have used it for years and never had such an issue.

I used this app in japan and found it to be very helpful all without using data. The gps worked well most of the time so my friends and I never used our paper maps. We could pin our hotel and tourist places easily and locate ourselves relative to where we wanted to be. It was easy to click on a location and get information about it so we could leave the guidebooks at the hotel. Great app with an amazing number of maps to download at home or while on the road and use while traveling.
