Great when it works correctly.... lately it doesn’t work. Why does it not work
A map app without a map is useless

Useless: I’ve been stuck with a blank map screen for a couple months now. I’ve tried logging out & in, deleting and reloading maps, playing with settings… still just a blue position dot on a white screen. No reply from customer support. As a premium user for many years, I have lots of lists with gems all over the world whose notes are no longer useful. It’s a shame that one of my favorite apps is completely worthless, my apologies to all the people I’ve recommended this app to in the past.

This app has gone down hill and when I try use the help address it is none responsive. I want my money back and there does not seem to be a way to do it because the website is non responsive. This is a rip off.
Maps no longer loads off line

Maps no longer load offline in all my devices. The company has been bought by another in Vienna and the support is impossible to get

When I travel, often the WiFi is not available. Ulmon is a great App to for the direct and find the attractions
What Happened?

All my downloaded maps are gone. I’ve tried redownloading them. All I can see is a blank screen with a blue arrow now. My list of visited places are still there. Just can’t see them on a map. I don’t want my money back but I do want my maps back. So wave your magic Wand and give me this one wish. Love Sisto

I have tried to contact support on this maybe someone else knows. After about 30 seconds the map moves in a jerky fashion. Can this be fixed?

I use this app during trip planning and on the trip to easily locate attractions, restaurants, historic location and hotels. The download maps are a lifesaver in Europe when cell and WiFi aren’t always available.
