Couldn’t download map of Portugal, it’s stopped at 8% and not moving. Then after an hour finally smth happened, I’ve got the message that map has been downloaded successfully. However, I couldn’t see anything on the map - no cities, no roads. I used this app before and it was working fine. The changes were not for good, avoid!
They dumped my pins

This used to be a good app, but they dump 8 years of pins acquired on many visits around the world. They will not respond to a help inquiry either. Take your business elsewhere.
This was a great application but now seems to have issues

Maps and additional information always loaded rapidly. Worked great offline and for traveling. Now maps and information fail to download or if they do it takes forever. Hope it improves…

This used to be my go to app for international travel. I don’t know what they have done to it but it is a terrible app now. It constantly looses my saved cities causing me to continually having to reinstall them. I was receding Rio and I have the map one day and the next it was gone. Going to have to go with a different mapping app. Maybe maps me. Too frustrating and time consuming to deal with any longer.

I signe up for unlimited offline downloads when the app originally came out. I work for an airline so I use the offline maps most. The articles are accurate and informative. The change is now $30 for what I already paid for when the app was new. Other app allow free download and offline access so I am no longer using this app. It is not worth it to me. Be aware of the 3 plans they have now. $20 for one free map download is a rip off.

It was grand in Paris. Just wonderful! Then 3 years later…..alllllll my travels info and insites were wiped! Cant get them back, so far.

Have used this app for years and it has bailed me out frequently. The latest version won’t work unless cell data is enabled tho, which makes it useless offline. Such a shame!
