Maps don’t sync anymore

After populating a Copenhagen map on my iPad and creating lists I attempted to sync all that work to the app on my iPhone. It did not sync even tho I was signed in exactly the same way on both devices. I restored my purchased, signed off and on again many times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I searched the help site and tried everything. Nothing worked. I sent an email asking for help and no one ever got back to me. I’ve been a fan and recommended this app in my travel workshops but if this isn't fixed I can no longer use or recommend the app.

I travel a lot, and I LOVED this app. I got to save and color code all the places I wanted to go. Recently, though, the quality has taken a sharp nose dive. Maps are slow and jerky, which is bad but whatever. But now the offline feature doesn’t even work anymore! What’s the point?! I have deleted and re-downloaded and it didn’t help. Most recently, it won’t even download maps. I’m so upset. I loved this app so much because of all the good stuff it came with. But now… what a waste.

Whenever I am going to be on an area with uncertain internet I download the maps I will need. My position is always show on the map using my phone’s GPS and I can find my way anywhere. Excellent app highly recommended!

So sad about this one. I travel a lot and this app was PERFECT!! Now, no more offline maps - the whole reason I downloaded it all those years ago. Wake up developers!! We need you!!

This is the best app ever!!! You can use the maps even while on airplane mode, the maps are detailed and excellent, download quick, show you direction and your movement on the map as you walk, you can save places you like, I couldn't be happier with it. Used in Amsterdam, Nijmegen Utrecht and all worked flawlessly.
No maps! No support.

I have been a long time user of CityMaps. Currently it DOES NOT work … my lists that I e built over years of use exist, but the maps do not display … making it a totally worthless app. I’ve tried repeatedly to get support … no response. DO NOT RECOMMEND at this time.
What has happened to this app?

So the developers ever test before new releases, or just make code changes and push it out? For months and months now every new release has some major issue. Sometimes the maps don’t display offline. Sometimes you can’t see your pins. Sometimes you can’t download maps and the app just churns. Sometimes you can’t do effective searches (like now), because the app displays the same unrelated results for most searches.

“Never travel without it!!” These used to my my views about this app (because it was amazing). But, now the maps I download fail to load when i have no internet connectivity. I can usually only view my downloaded map content when i have wifi connection (which is when I DON’T need this app). As soon as this app is working properly for me again, my rating is going right back to 5 stars!
