One less star than five on account of little glitches that didn't recognize not needing to transfer (on the Air Train at JFK Airport, it wanted us to transfer to another Air Train instead of just remaining on the one we were on). Framed up the NYC subway system just perfectly and I felt like an old pro in old New York.

First time in NYC and this app really helped us find the right subways to take, showed us where the subway stations were, the stops the subway would make before our stop. Really handy for getting around Manhattan. Loved it!

I use this app to plan every trip that I take. Since I don't have a car is so useful to see all my public transport options including lyft. Definitely recommended it if you need to time bus/subways/lyft or uber trips.
Great for Paris

Tried this out in Paris and it saved me so much headaches using public transportation. Some suggestions: • Sort the results by time (quickest to longest), exclude walking distances from a result being recommendation-worthy • I could download the Metro-map inside the app for offline use. Really great idea. I know the app is using Apples maps API but is it possible to download a real map (Apple map) for offline use as well? For the times you don't know in which direction to get to the next metro station.

...as long as you have a data connection... I've traveled extensively in the UK, Europe & Hong Kong using public transport and depending on Citymapper. Love the options (you can walk relatively rain free in London)!! I'm in HK right now and they have all sorts of local transport options that even the locals don't know! Superb and highly recommended. I love the developers' sense of humor too. Now and then, Jet pack, elephant or something bizarre pops up as an option as well?
