New Calendar Needs Major Improvement

Not sure why they made things harder to find with the last couple of updates. The worst part is hey made the calendar absolutely not user friendly. It was PERFECT the way it was. Not too have to filter and make 15 clicks just to see what you used to be able to see the moment you opened the calendar. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD CALENDAR. I don’t want to see your CINC events that I need to pay for I want to see my teams actual calendar and what their appointments.

Overall I am satisfied with the app. It compliments the website nicely. As an ISA, I can do my job on the go. My wish list includes being able to call out with the same number we text with. Or to be able to integrate my skype number I don't want my personal cell number showing up. Too many Clicks to change apps to call someone Also, very hard to get a ahold of a live person to answer questions on our account. Need better customer service.

John Dugan and CINC have made the best darn app ever for real estate agents to view, sort, and contact their leads and clients. It's crazy how intuitive and clean the design is, and how fast the app is. It's never crashed on me and being able to use a triple line dialer and mass text or email my leads from my phone is amazing. Great job guys!
