Good app – CINC Agent Review

Overall I am satisfied with the app. It compliments the website nicely. As an ISA, I can do my job on the go. My wish list includes being able to call out with the same number we text with. Or to be able to integrate my skype number I don't want my personal cell number showing up. Too many Clicks to change apps to call someone Also, very hard to get a ahold of a live person to answer questions on our account. Need better customer service.
