App crashes

1-2 updates ago this app worked fine. Now it crashes on launch, if not then crashes on any user input. Completely unusable in its current state.

The app keeps crashing since it's been updated and so I deleted it and tried to re-download it and now it won't even download

Freezing After Second Tap....

I Don't Want To Have A Nickname

After I open the app I click on one icon and it works. When I click on the second icon it freezes. Unacceptable for a business app I need to be able to depend on. No developer comments so they are not paying attention. Back to Kunversion, sigh....


Unable to update pipeline status

I am unable to change he pipeline status on any leads within the app which kind of defeats the purpose of this app if I’m forced to pull out my laptop every time a new lead needs my attention. I also tried emailing this issue directly to CINC within the app using the “send feedback” feature but the ‘send’ button is greyed out and won’t allow me to send anything, so hopefully this helps get my issue resolved.


Failure to refresh info on new leads.

For the first few months this was a godsend , but for the last few weeks ... there have been major issues where New leads cannot load onto the iPhone. Multiple calls to the support team have been unsuccessful as it’s ... “ a known issue with Apple devices and they don’t have a solution .” I’m sorry , but that’s just plain unacceptable. A new lead comes in and it’s blank ... with error messages ? How can every other crm system get this correct ? You have it correct , and simply ignore it when it falls apart . Very disappointing . Before this I would have sung CINC’s praises from a mountain top.
