Can't log in with a non-existent number. I had to delete the old app off my iPad. Downloaded this one and it doesn't work.

The application asks you for information that doesn't exist. This application works on my phone, but not on my tablet. FS.

As everybody else says, There is no way to log in, deleted right after downloading.

Like other reviewers, I'm unable to log in because it seems to ask for a number that is not on my card. I called Cigna, and their Tech Support person had never heard of the app and told me to use the MyCigna iPhone app instead.

Just like others--can't log in as the app asks for a personal reference number that is not on my card. How many complaints is it going to take to fix the app?????

If you don't have a Cigna "personal reference number", you should install the myCigna iPhone app instead. Note: "myCigna" is an iPhone only app, so you will not find it on an iPad unless you search the iPhone apps specifically.

If this app is for specific group with in the CIGNA family, that would be nice to know. There is no personal reference number on my insurance card, there is a group number and an ID number, and neither of those numbers work for access to this app.
