Unable to Log In, No Support – Cigna Health Benefits Review

Like other reviewers, I'm unable to log in because it seems to ask for a number that is not on my card. I called Cigna, and their Tech Support person had never heard of the app and told me to use the MyCigna iPhone app instead.
