Chuck never would Go beyond the “allow” command. It would take two hours and still never connect me to anything. Too much frustration after about ten tries!! I deleted him and tell everyone not to even try this one.

I had 38,451 unread e-mails. The anxiety was giving me hives. Was going to create another e-mail account to start fresh...but then figured it was the equivalent of running away from my problems. Decided to deal with my demons and tackle my issues. Tried a bunch of other e-mail management apps and nothing helped me in the long run. Then came Chuck. The app is intuitive, smooth, and basically idiot proof. Trust me, this idiot now has no unread e-mails and didn’t need to go to therapy because of e-mail anxiety. Thank you Chuck.

No Exchange Support and Subscription Pay Model

Seems like a nice application, however without exchange support it doesn’t really serve a purpose for me. Update: It’s a subscription app. Everyone is going to this model these days. Guys and gals, I can’t subscribe to everything. Trust me, you’ll loose out to Prime or Netflix any day and of course that’s just for entertainment and shopping. We’ve also got gyms, video games, tool shops, phone plans, internet, radio or music services, news, tv, internet. This is getting old fast. Another problem is that you don’t even support themes for a “dark mode”.

New update, now it doesn’t download the emails. It just spins. I even have the pro version. A waste of money.

Before I downloaded the upgrade it worked no problem. Now it take hours just to load a few. I too purchased the pro. Disappointed

I’ve been using this application for months. I had no issue. I was able to successfully deleted around 90,000 emails. Latest recent update has the application kicking me off from all of my emails. My phone keeps freezing while using the app. Takes forever now to load my emails and clear them. I will no longer be using this app and will be unsubscribing from their PRO version since it no longer works effectively. I would advise people to find a better cleaning app.

This is by far the best cleaner for your emails, did not take me long to get everything under control, I’ve tried others and they barely worked, some would only give you only a few hundred emails to clean for free or smaller and if you wanted bigger you would have to pay, I was about to give up and just stop but I’m glad I came across this cleaner
