Latest update not good

Marvin1957

First let me say that I have always thought this was the best app of its kind. However after the latest update, I have to set the tempo to 120% and transpose to +3 on every song after it is imported. Once this issue came up, l discovered no way to directly contact Yamaha directly about the problem. It has always been a 5 star app for me until now. Please help Yamaha!

Needs to be able to access Spotify tracks too

Muskie Michael

My main concern with this app is that it can’t access anything from Spotify. It would be much easier to learn songs from Spotify than Apple Music.

Problems with selecting music

Music11991999

I don’t know what the problem is but it says “this data cannot be selected”. I’ve heard a lot of people praise this app but it seems that this app does not work with iOS. I have Apple Music so I do not know what the problem is. I hope to hear back from the developer and let me know if there’s anything that can be done about this problem.

The Absolute best Chord Recognition app

Clive Luis

As long as you load your audio into ITUNES( only drawback) , it does a stellar job, not to mention you can send chords to PSR keyboards

In tears...

chashot

It is very difficult to make a 69 yr old male cry, but this app did it. I have several orchestrated pieces that I wanted to play on my guitar and found it extremely difficult to find each chord. Not only does this app find the chords (almost always perfectly), it also shows the piano and guitar fingering when you select a note. And, free? God bless you.

How to see my song?

How to see my song?

useful

Jjucucudhbzjsjwuzuus

perfect for simple chord structure... don't need to be a genius to figure out super detailed chords when knowing the bass bite of any chords... only think i would love to see added is an auto metronome for reference

You Still Need a Pretty Good Ear

DengNNJ

Over all it’s okay. It gives a pretty good idea of key and works well for major chords. But it has difficulty distinguishing between Major 7ths and Minor chords (like Cmaj7 and Em for instance), and it misses subtle chord changes a lot (C to C7 for instance). But it’s free and it provides a solid start, so 3 stars.

Great concept, poor execution

Johnniebizot

The functions are very nice, generating chords and showing them for piano or guitar, with transpose options. The problem is it doesn’t recognize the license for newly downloaded songs. If they get to fix that, It will be a hard to beat app.
