Best Chinese learning app!

This app does Chinese learning way better than Duolingo does some other easier languages. Here are the features I like the best: -character tracing, to help you remember a few of the characters, but you can still use the app without memorizing every single character. -a "survival skills" section in the upper right-hand corner functions as a phrasebook with the most useful phrases, so you can practice them without having to get through the appropriate lesson first. -an adorable mascot who looks sooooooo sad when you mess things up and sooooo happy when you get them right! - really good audio for pronunciation purposes - logical lesson order I have only good things to say about this app. It's made my lifelong dream of learning Chinese much closer to a reality!

I just completed lesson 2 and it is very comparable to a program I spent hundreds of dollars on.
I liked the app but the color section was offensive

I was enjoying the app until I got to the color section. They used hēi rén as the example for black. There are many things in the world that are black other than black people, and it seems strange that that was the only example for black they could think of. Also if they did feel the need to use black people as an example for the color they should use examples of other people's colors as well. Not JUST black people. I found it to be disappointing and sad. I hope they change it.

Pretty similar to duolingo in the fact that it is easy to follow and learn with the interactive exercises

I never thought i could learn Chinese. My daughter is learning it in school and i don't want to be on the outs. This app has helped me understand that Chinese is a very structured language and one that makes a lot of sense. This app is truly a treasure. Thanks for all your hard work developing it.
