Good way to learn Mandarin Chinese

I'm just beginning, but this is an accessible way to learn mandarin chinese. There are a few lessons you have to blunder through in order to learn, but most are more friendly.

Really liking the app. It would be great if it automatically switched between keyboards in your phone for you when you went between typing in English and Chinese. Good work though otherwise!

I studied mandarin in college but haven't used it in a while. This was a great way to start my review. I love the pinyin and characters displayed side by side; it is great for 1st time learners or reviewers.

Most of these characters in this app were not taught in my Chinese class. This is great if you want to learn Mandarin.

I haven't made it very far, but so far it is very practical! I was using another app that jumped straight into the deep end of the language pool. This starts you from the very beginning, and works different parts of your brain. You have multiple choice, select the right word, write the characters, and more different activities in just one lesson. I think I'm gonna love this app....

In my 24 years as a linguist I have seen programs come and go. I like this simple program that builds on vocabulary from previous sections and quizzes it in different ways. Great combination.
