Hi be careful from this scam bank if you go to the YouTube you will see how they will close your account with no freezing and they will hold your money they will fine scam raising to hold your money for ever they close my account because I don’t organise transfer from my another bank to the chain bank In the hold my money for more in two months now they want my another bank send me a letter they say and in the letter it was me the one who cancel this to transfer money lol and my another bank account they don’t want send me this kind of letter be careful from them I swear to God they are scum

I’ve gotten my first check one time two days prior to pay day but anything else after that varies. You might get paid the same day as last week or the next day! It’s not a guarantee that you’ll be paid two days early?

Approximately 1 year ago I attempted to open an account. I was told I could not open one because my SSN was in use by somebody else. I wanted to prove my identity to have that account removed so I could open my own but they refused to assist me in any way. About 1 month ago I decided to contact chime again to see if I could resolve the issue because I wanted to use the credit building feature chime advertises. They claimed to have removed any accounts associated with my social security number but then told me that they do not have any way of helping me to create an account of my own and they would eventually contact me when/if they come up with a fix . The end. I have dealt with customer service from many credit unions/banks/PayPal/extra/self/current/Cleo/grow credit and other and this is the first time I’ve come across a company that doesn’t have any true means of helping me with opening an account . They never verified the person who used my social security number in the past and apparently there’s no way I am about to verify myself now.

Chime is the best banking app available in my opinion. It has PLENTY to offer and if you get direct deposit, it’s second to none. The credit builder feature is fantastic as it helps build credit. Transferring between accounts is a breeze. There are copy cat banking apps out there but Chime is the first and by far the best. Keep doing what you guys do.
