This is soooo much better than the Wisely card that I use to use! For now; it’s all smiles :)
I’ll keep this rating one star and keep looking for a new bank as long as the mobile app lacks a transaction search function. Until then it’s not fully featured, it’s useless. Chime also isn’t available for instant transfers on Venmo. Which is just…???!!
Started using Chime about two weeks ago everything was going fine they gave me a five dollar overdraft I used their overdraft and re-deposited money to cover it and the next day when I went to use my chime card not only did they pull money from the chime account that I previously had put money in but chime also took money out of my bank account! You know what you can do chime!
I apply for chime never received the time they told me it was going to come n called request it again still ain’t received it, wow it’s ridiculous
They never pay me two days early maybe the night before payday at 10 pm or so , might as well not even count on it . Refuse to honor my job for spot me , and all this praise about up to 5 days early on your federal refund I should of had it by now then . You check where the money is coming from and everything is good you go to chime and ask for help , oh I’m sorry wait four hours for a agent to help you do nothing still but say “ we don’t hold funds when we receive it you do” well according to the place that sent the money it’s been processed so ………??? Some one is lying. Crap customer service - and for the record - still no deposits . Ridiculous.
