While I love the quality products at great prices, one of the best things about Chewy is their amazing customer service! I get a live person every time I call and they always take care of me. I love how they ask about my animals by name and even send cards! I recommend Chewy to everyone I know!

Chewy and the Chewy app leave Amazon in the dust. Their prices are cheaper and their delivery is phenomenal. I can find all that I need for my pets, including prescriptive dietary food on Chewy. The app is straightforward, easy to navigate and checkout is a breeze. I get more time playing with my pups rather than lugging heavy bags from store to car and car to house! Did I say I save $$, too with autoship advantage? I ❤️ Chewy and the Chewy app!

I can’t say enough about my own personal experiences w Chewy, they are great and super fast! Personal experience aside I was able to witness ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS Chewy’s genuine love of animals and care for the owners that love them too! I work at a pretty large Humane Society and twice people from our community came in to donate brand new items in a Chewy box. When asked if they would like an in-kind receipt our staff discovered that in both instances their beloved pet passed before they could use the products, both sets of owners had contacted Chewy to see if they could get a refund and BOTH times Chewy gave the person a full refund and asked that they just donate the goods to a local animal shelter instead of shipping them back! Knowing how much non profit organizations like us struggle financially and how precious our resources are I cannot thank Chewy enough! You have a customer for life! ?

The store is the best place to get good pet stuff (toys,treats,collars etc) at a price way better than even amazon. The app is also very user friendly!

You can always expect two day shipping there items are great and Chewy makes me feel special from time to time sending unexpected gifts for me or my fur babies

I have 4 dogs 3 mini Aussies and my very senior dachshund. They are my fur babies and yes, I spoil them. Aussies are very active and always interaction toys. Chewy meets those needs. My favorite is the Starmark toys. My senior needs soft items because of her age but still needs items to stimulate the brain. Guess what I found a place for both CHEWY! Thanks great job folks!
