I've struggled as a beginner to get a tool that could take me to the next level. It seemed overwhelming. The partitioning of the game into different aspects (opening, tactics) and the importance of pattern recognition as well as commentary on each move has done this. The in-app purchase was well worth it.

This app is great. It gives you tips and allows you to practice making strategy decisions without having to play an entire game. I have a short attention span, but with this I can open up the app, spend 5 or 10 minutes practicing with immediate feedback and come away feeling like I've learned so much.
Bugging Me to Review

Within minutes of using, I start getting constant request to write a review. It pops up every few minutes. Very annoying. I haven't had a chance to fully evaluate it yet. But because of the annoying request, my first impression is not very good.
