The app crashes constantly In pvp games and puzzles. Really annoying not being able to finish a game.

Sometimes it takes puzzle rating off randomly.sometimes it does not even tell you your opponent has moved in fast chess

The app plays chess just fine. However, it deals with network issues inappropriately and it constantly crashes on me after the network comes back. So, playing games becomes very frustrating.

My problem with this chess application is the surreal amount of opponents who stall when in a bad position. There is little I can do against these opponents, but wait an average of 5 minutes until the game ends.

Fun overall, but some issues where it doesn’t allow me to make moves. It forces you to move certain pieces when a few moves into the game. All are legit moves, but not sure why this doesn’t allow it.

Still the best chess kids app but I my kids cannot repeat lessons even though it says we can and the Version on the previews seems not to be the version I have. the learn to play is awesome, I just wish we Could do more on the mobile app

Still good but once I tried it on Firefox but I solved a lesson but I deleted it so I could get it to the Queen level.

The chesskid app and website both have numerous bugs, including the live chess sometimes not working, kings "respawning" after castling in chess 960, and certain puzzles being unsolvable, even with the right moves. Currently, the app refuses to work at all. I can play against an engine offline, but cannot log in. I reinstalled the app to see if that would help, but it crashed immediately after logging me in and went back to the same cycle. I respect that the developers are trying, but you'd think they would have rolled back the problematic update by now if they were really worried about it. Don't subject yourself to all of these issues-other chess websites have great kids programs! I recommend lichess.org if you're not sure where to start.
