I like the app but lately the app has had time issues and it gets disconnected. Please fix it

Great app! Some issues of course. One thing I would like to see is a volume setting to be able to turn on and off the sound on the application as well as being able to use other apps in the background like Spotify. Thanks.
Major bugs in live chess in current version

After playing and hitting return the opponents clock will run down until SURPRISE your clock ran down. I didn’t believe my kid until I watched it 3 times while he played.

On the app it doesn’t allow you to change your character and it can on the website and also when i go to home i cant swipe down i have to change stations
