This complaint applies to me as well “App crashes and I can't put a complaint in for I can't find out who to give this complaint to AND I paid the $2.99.” I’ve had this app for sometime now. I am not able to log into my account on my devices, nor does it respond to “Sign I’m using Facebook.” How can this be fixed?
Unable to connect to server

Downloaded app because it looks like a great organization tool but cannot even get in the app to even see it, try it, feel it, etc. I was hoping it would be a great addition to my family but kinda disappointed.
