If a player's piece moves into the kings row on the opposing player's side of the board, becoming a king and can move both forwards and backwards. The opponent's pieces are caputured by jumping over them. A player wins by capturing all of the opposing player's pieces or by leaving the opposing player with no legal moves.

Good game but it said I couldn't move one of my pieces because there was a possible capture but if I capture the piece I would risk 2 pieces I ended up losing the piece Because it would not let me move a different piece. Not the game I remember playing with Friends
I hate the forced jumps 'cause that's how I kept losing all my pieces + it should probably keep score too :-(
I usually love checkers but I hate this game even on the easy level it's freakin hard!!!!!!
You need to employee a programmer who knows how to play the game! I, beat it every time on the so called hardest level and force jumps! Also whip out all of your men most of the time. Can send you the screen shots if you like!
It's standard checkers. Couple of drawbacks ... 1.) can get caught in an infinite loop. Near the end ...the programming will repeat the same moves ... Over and over 2.) no score keeping (games won) 3.)can't offer to draw. 4.) no suggested move option .. Again ...Ok game
