Sync deleted accounts

I was so excited about the new sync feature. However, the first time it synced it deleted 2 of my 3 accounts. Is there some way to get them back? I sent in an email but have not received a reply yet. Help please!!!
Latest update “no longer available”

I’ve used this app for a long time without issue, until now. Problem is, update 3.3 is “no longer available” which means I can’t update the app and can’t get rid of the update. Now there’s the dreaded red notification bubble on my home screen that won’t go away. Super annoying. No contact info for developer so, gotta air it in a review I guess. They fixed it and it works great! Thanks for updating the app. I’ve used it for a long time, easy to use and don’t want to start over. ??

I previously posted a review stating that I was unable to update this app. The developer contacted me at once and immediately rectified the issue. Amazing customer service and the app updated without further issue. Thanks for the help!
Awesome except for one thing

It would be Outstanding and 5 Star if it would sync between my iPhone and iPad. Other than that, it is a cool app to keep track of my expenses and income. UPDATE: They did the sync feature and it was awesome, but then they did another bug fix and the app stopped syncing correctly. ? Ugg...I really want to like this so I can do away with Quicken and with using Excel. Please fix it. UPDATE: To developers...now it will sync, but when it does the app reverts to only the opening balance on all accounts.

I have used this app for 3 years and loved it. Today, my transactions and all but one (I had four accounts originally) of my accounts are deleted. I am very upset all my transactions and accounts were deleted. I depend on this app daily. If this is corrected soon, I will be happy to delete this post. Please correct this glitch.

I love this app and have had it since I got my first iPhone, Thank you for fixing the “bug” in the update and for getting back to me to let me know what to do! I truly love this app and it has helped me keep track of my money.

I really love the app and have been using it for 4 yrs on my iPad. A few months ago I started to use it on my iPhone but could not sync my data between the two. Last week they enabled functionality that was suppose to let me sync the data between my iPad and iPhone. However, Instead of syncing my data it erased it. Thankfully I attempted this on my iPhone, so only the last 4 months of data was lost. Ahhh!

The app is showing that it needs to update, but when I try to update, it says “update no longer available” March 9, 2018. Please fix this. ? Another review says it was fixed...not fixed on my phone. Fixed....but Trying to reset my password...it says that email was sent with reset instructions....but no email. Forgot my password...? Love this app, have used for several years. Will gladly give 5 star rating when this is fixed ?
