Can’t Login After Update

Tried to reconcile my bank account this morning and had a login screen appear for the first time. No password I entered was accepted, so opted to reset it, and I still can’t get into my account! I love this app, but unless I can get in soon I will be forced to go with another and my rating will drastically be affected.

I loved everything about this app, with one exception. I always thought I should be able to sync to another device. Now with the latest update, 3.3.1, that is supposed to be available. I installed the app on a second device and logged in, but have never been able to sync properly. Today I could no longer log in, so I tried resetting my password. I have not received the email with the reset link. Now I’m locked out of my account.

I’ve had this app for a few years and love it and use it everyday. After the update, it asked for me to sign up with an email/password but all it does is spin.i can’t login at all. I hope this is fixed soon otherwise I’ll have to find another app to use

It would be good if the latest update would let me create an account so I can sync it to other devices. It just spins in circles and times out. Please fix it.

This app has made my life easier. I never have to worry about carrying around a checkbook or over drafting from any of my accounts. It's simple and easy to use. <-old review 3/11/18 update. New update had me sign in/sign up. All my information and records are now gone and I have blank app. Debating if it’s worth starting over since I paid for the app or if it’s just time to move to a new app.

Update Not Syncing Between Devices

I am updating my latest review as I at least can update the app now. However it still does not sync between devices. Otherwise it is a pretty good app. I do wish it had more colors and different colored icons that would be on par with other applications. However this one still works.

Frustrated!!! Update processed and now I can’t log in!!!

Beyond frustrated...there was an update and now I can’t even get logged in!!! I can’t even do a password reset. Very disgruntled...

The latest update will not download. I keep getting ‘this item is no longer available’ *** apparently this item was fixed, however by the time I got a response I had already deleted the app and downloaded it again.

**Second update** downgrades app rating again. App crashed and lost ALL data in the app. Very frustrating as I’m left guessing exactly how much money I have due to pending charges. No problems until the most recent update. Real bummer. **UPDATE** The app is back up and working! I’m extremely please they took time to respond and the app is better than ever! Thank you. *** Loved this app. Now a long awaited update was released and we are unable to update. We are told the update is no longer available. Cannot contact app developer since there is no phone number and their website doesn’t allow you to report issues with this app, only their several other apps. Real bummer.

Your new version dumped most of my data, so that makes my decision to delete your app and go with another program much easier. I assume all my data did not sync to the server and when I had logged out of the program and looked back in only the little bit of data that did sync came back to the phone. Very sad, your program, when working is decent, but I’m finished with it.
