It’s a nice app but it keeps clearing out my shopping bag & my wishlist

This app annoyed me so much! Terrible design! Everything is inconvenient! It can't read address. Force you to use a suggested address which you don't even know if it's your home. The website on the browser is a little better to use,still not perfect but much better. There are only three options in account settings which is not useful enough.When you have live chat they make the keyboard so difficult that you have to type every single letter and doesn't automatically give capital letters like other keyboard do! You can't choose to NOT save the address and payment for security reasons. As soon as you input it you can't delete it. And it logs you in automatically when you open the app. So that means it someone uses your phone they can order in your name and credit card. Isn't that ridiculous. And some other little things about the app is inconvenient too!They need to improve the app in order to not piss the customers off. I'm not using it any more. UNSTALLED RIGHT AWAY!and of course when I just tried to send this review in I couldn't. Because you need a unique nick name to send it in. Has to be different from every one else in the world. Why the hell they make everything so difficult!!

I want to buy things. Give you my money. But whenever I try to add things to the cart it says “product blah blah blah isn’t available”. On every. single. thing. Let me give you my money!!! Plz :)

This is the stupidest app ever. The Touch ID never works. You can’t add items to your wishlist at all! You also can’t add items to your bag without them disappearing and having to start over again. So basically you can’t do… anything the app was made for. Except browse of course, and if I wanted to do that I might as well go to the mall and window shop. At least I’d be able to collect all my items and purchase them. But hey, the layouts nice if that counts for something. They keep putting out updates but never fix anything. SERIOUSLY WHAT’S THE POINT!!!

Charlotte Russe has cute clothes but there website is horrible! I’m sorry but it is! I put some clothes I loved in my wishlist and the next day they were gone! That shouldn’t be happening! I’m really mad because I have to order a dress for a wedding I’m going to and they are disappearing. I’m so mad at the maker of this website! FIX THIS PROBLEM! This problem makes it pointless to have the app!

I found a dress that I fell in love with and the Charlotte Russe app told me that it was available in 4 stores near me. I called 3 of those stores and went to the 4th in person, looking for this dress. None of them had it. So when I decided I would just order it and hope for the best, I found out right before I was about to buy it in small red letters off to the side, that this dress was sold out. I was about to pay my money for a dress that apparently I couldn’t get anywhere.

Wishlist doesn’t work. Items disappearing from cart. Glitches and Crashes occasionally. Fix this app. For the love of GOD. Love the store but this is a review for the app itself.

The app wasn’t bad at first until it logged me out and completely wiped my wishlist out. Now it won’t let me save items to my wishlist.
