I downloaded the app but when I tried to open it and it would go immediately go straight to my home screen. Btw I have an iPhone 7+ which is in perfect condition.

You can't search anything! Example, type in a color and something completely off or "no results found". I haven't been able to sign into my account for over a year because of some lame update they did. Lame!

App keeps crashing and the product descriptions are not detailed enough, especially for shoes (shoe height) description. Not good.

the app is really confusing. it took me awhile to find how to track my order, thankfully i did eventually. i went to go buy 3 shirts that were ON SALE and then right when i ordered it the price literally went up... i was very angry. it's easier to just go to the store rather than shop online at this store because their app is very confusing and a waste of time to even use... best of luck to whoever is about to use this app.

PLEASE PLEASE fix this app ASAP!! This newest update is awful!! You can not favorite any product! You highlight as favorite and it removes it!

I used to love this store but now I'm getting super angry when trying to browse the app to buy anything. It deleted the items in my cart for 3 consecutive times in a row which is so stupid. Plus it doesn't let you check out no matter what you do. Won't be using it again! Such a waste of time ! Don't download it

I love shopping at Charlotte Russe but this app makes it a terrible experience. The app constantly glitches, crashes, makes me relog in, and loses my shopping bag.
