Even before I got my iPhone X, the app constantly crashed. The design is quite nice, but it can’t be appreciated when it doesn’t fit my entire phone screen and crashes constantly. Please fix!

LOVE Charlotte Russe but your app is annoying as hell. It works one time and then it doesn’t. Opens and shuts down. Get it together. It’s annoying!!!!!

I placed my order on the 25 of July and didn't get a confirmation email until the 1st of August , now my order won't be here for two more weeks. Never shopping on here again.

The 3 stars is because I like the app but it seems that when I either use it or don't click on it every day, it logs me out. That's frustrating when I'm in the store and need a coupon and sometimes have to do without because it takes to long to log me in. A dream would be a virtual dressing room! To select an outfit/ pants or shirt and be able to have a picture of ourselves and try the outfit on! But I know that would be a long time coming!

i clicked ONE item to remove from my bag but it somehow moved everything, on top of that it's takes forever to load. they really need to improve this app just over all !

Horrible! I had about 9 things in my cart. I pressed on my cart to look at what I had and some weird error message popped up and everything disappeared! It happened TWICE
I'd rather shop from the website...

The app isn't nearly as easy to navigate as the site, and there's nowhere to track your order on the app once you do order something.
