Love it! Chairish has such beautiful vintage furniture. With my house remodel, I'm always shopping. And the Chairish app makes it so easy to find just what I'm looking for.

Luv the app but you cannot see all of the details for example measurements. You can see the first measurement but the other sizes don't show up and I can find no way of it opening further to view it.

I will start this review by saying that I do 90% of my business on Chairish and love the company. I do have some serious issues though. I have a few complaints about the app itself and one personal complaint about the company. The app - I need Chairish to offer the ability to comment, review favorited items, easily make markdowns, and be able to click on my own listings, and edit listings within the app. It is becoming increasingly frustrating to use the app because of these reasons. It is even more frustrating that the only answer I receive from the company is that they are "always developing new features for buyers and sellers". Plenty of people have complained about these features. It's time to get with the program Chairish! The company - Chairish NEEDS to offer stores the option to create their own return and cancellation policies. On several occasions, buyers have cancelled orders days and weeks after their purchase, but my tipping point was when I sold a $14,000 item and Chairish allowed the customer to cancel the order two weeks after they purchased it. I understand allowing a 24 hour cancellation, but this infuriates me to the core that this buyer and I negotiated a price over two days, her card was charged, she had asked questions about the item and had a full understanding of what she was buying and was STILL allowed to cancel the purchase after I had already hired and payed movers to prepare the item for pickup.

I wish the app allowed me to mark down items... right now I have to go to a desktop site which is not always feasible for me. I also wish (pretty please!) that we could organize the order that our storefront displays listings, and have the ability reactivate previously de-listed posts. Just like a physical shop, I’d love to arrange my listings so they’ll sell better!

My experience with Chairish is that they are happy to charge your card as quickly as possible and hold onto your money for as long as possible, while doing nothing to streamline clear communications between parties and less than nothing to enforce good community behavior among sellers. There’s no way to rate sellers, so I’m rating Chairish. Bought a couch from a woman who lives 40 minutes away. Elected to use Chairsh’s $200 shipping service so I didn’t have to rent a truck, thinking it would save time. 2 weeks later after several inquiries I found out the shippers had never arranged a pickup date. But get this: the seller now says she will be out of town for 3 weeks. Chairish’s response: Do you want to wait? Nothing about “sorry we didn’t figure this out sooner.” No explanation for the 2 weeks that passed. No apology from seller. Nada. No thanks. Delete the app. Hopefully others have better experiences, and I’m sure they do. But this made me feel that Chairish didn’t care and was more than happy to earn interest off my money while I waited.
