One star even though I do 90% of my business on Chairish – Chairish - Furniture & Decor Review

I will start this review by saying that I do 90% of my business on Chairish and love the company. I do have some serious issues though. I have a few complaints about the app itself and one personal complaint about the company. The app - I need Chairish to offer the ability to comment, review favorited items, easily make markdowns, and be able to click on my own listings, and edit listings within the app. It is becoming increasingly frustrating to use the app because of these reasons. It is even more frustrating that the only answer I receive from the company is that they are "always developing new features for buyers and sellers". Plenty of people have complained about these features. It's time to get with the program Chairish! The company - Chairish NEEDS to offer stores the option to create their own return and cancellation policies. On several occasions, buyers have cancelled orders days and weeks after their purchase, but my tipping point was when I sold a $14,000 item and Chairish allowed the customer to cancel the order two weeks after they purchased it. I understand allowing a 24 hour cancellation, but this infuriates me to the core that this buyer and I negotiated a price over two days, her card was charged, she had asked questions about the item and had a full understanding of what she was buying and was STILL allowed to cancel the purchase after I had already hired and payed movers to prepare the item for pickup.
