Great Website

Easy to navigate, thoughtfully planned out

Ok App - some issues though

Mr. Nice Guy 78

Ok app - a little buggy when uploading pictures but overall very functional for submitting your listings. The only issues: I do wish that you are able to click on your listing to pull it up on the app. Additionally you can't view how many people favorited your item on the app.

Review of Charish (to start)

Majokasa

I just listed a couple items with you. I am currently awaiting a reply (of which I am certain will be positive)! So far- I am enjoying the simplicity and straightforwardness of your business model. However, waiting up to 7 days for approval does seem to be a bit long. Let's see how it goes. If well- then I'll be back with a lot more of OUTSTANDING items for everyone to enjoy! Thank you. Max

Inspires Great Ideas

meeowwwwww

For someone looking for the most trendy and interesting stuff on time market, this app is great for getting ideas for your home.

The view in your space is game changing

Redlabeljwalk

Other stores that have same old prefab’d junk just started with this feature. It’s amazing chairish can do it with one of a kind items so flawlessly

Do not use! Worst customer service

rebeme

We bought a dining room table. We had to buy it two times because of glitches. And then it came without screws and was never assembled and we can't use it. Because of all this, I've had much contact with "customer service" In short, there is no customer service. There is no human that picks up the phone - just a voice mail. Any issues you have will not get resolved. I do not recommend buying furniture through this app.

The fatest app to sell artwork

ikubix

The best app for artists or creatives who want to sell their artwork. Right from your studio, you can sell & put your work in front of the right audience. Super easy to manipulate.

Excited to find!!

thank you, No!

I was very excited to find this app and proceeds to contact one of their sellers about her merchandise. I reached out to the seller asking some questions about their merchandise and never received an email back. Even though that happened I decided to put in a bid slightly under the asking price because I was buying two items from the seller. Still no response from the seller! I then reached out to Chairish in San Francisco. Their customer service was excellent. They must have reached out to the seller who then declined my offers and answered my question five days later. I then checked my credit card to find out that Chairish had already charged my credit card for three items. I wish this app had a way of rating it’s sellers similar to yelp. The seller I dealt with I would give one star. I recommend you look at other shopping apps that don’t charge you or hold your money until a seller may or may not contact you. It’s up to you.

Easy app

Just listed my first item, easiest listing process ever! Hopefully selling it is just as easy!

Awful app, website works better

Three.OneFour

The Chairish app is terrible. I cannot find a way to message a seller on the app—though I can on the website. I cannot view or participate in the Q&A section of each product page on the app—though I can on the website. The search function is frustrating at best—why when I search for “chairs” do the results include things that aren’t chairs? And stop asking me if I want push notifications—I don’t. The interface has become fancier and fancier, but I don’t care about themed collections or a designer’s favorites. I just want the app to work. Also, putting merchandise into some order other than “newest” is not curating; describing the order I see merchandise as “curated” is ridiculous and dumb.
