This app seems incredibly out of date, and entirely sub-par for a credit union which is so large and doing very well. Touch ID would be a feature I’d suggest, as well as allowing me to see pending transactions. I’d suggest checking SEFCU’s mobile app. Theirs is on point.
App crashes and won’t let me log in.

Also doesn’t allow me to log in with my thumb. Crashes. If you’re going to offer an app. Offer one that works.

This app isn’t great, but it gets the job done. It usually works but I have had it refuse to log me in. I wish the app had all the features available with online banking like changing address information. I’ve also NEVER had anyone respond when I’ve submitted questions with the app which is extremely disappointing since no one answers when I call a bank itself. All around, it’ll do the job if you need to check your balance but don’t count on it for much more.
