It’s great when it works
It was fun while it lasted
At times I don’t have any problems making mobile deposits. Then I’ll hit a period of time when it will take a picture and then the screen goes blank. Or I’ll take a picture of the front and back of the check click on deposit and it goes back to the original screen. It seems they have some more bugs to work out.

This app seems incredibly out of date, and entirely sub-par for a credit union which is so large and doing very well. Having to have a code sent to me several times a day for “security measures” and randomly deleting my log in information.. you require a password so log I can’t remember it, so I set up Touch ID. I use the Touch ID I take extra steps in app to set up and I get locked out. Just utterly horrible. It’s 2019.

The tiled windows is a major step backwards. It’s hard to read ,navigate and very very clunky. When it actually works it does an ok job, the remote check deposit is the only thing saving this app from being trash.

I love this new mobile app! It makes checking my balances, transferring money and paying bills so much easier while I am on the go.

This app is very user friendly, simple to use and provides excellent security. Any time you navigate away from the app it will log you out which this day and age is necessary. So much nicer than logging into the website on a cell phone!

Really, no check deposit function? For a new app, this is so 10 years ago. Didn’t CFCU already have an app that did all this basic stuff?

I'm glad CFCU implemented a true mobile app. This makes banking on the go so much easier. Love it!
