The app does what I need it to do, but would be better if it were more user friendly and also had Face ID.

I don’t have any major gripes with this app it just isn’t amazing. It works and does what I need to do. It would be 4 stars for me if it had Face ID as a login option. 5 stars if it were a little more fluent.
Go ahead and input the correct information at sign-in, receive a message denying the accuracy of your identity. Call either of the 2 numbers listed, receive a message saying, “This number does not exist.” I used to do everything through this app, now I cannot use it at all. My mother is also a customer at CFCU, same issues. Bad Show
Compared to the previous app. this new one is almost useless. Multiple tiled windows open in the IOS version that are so small you need a magnifying glass to read. The windows don’t resize and and it’s impossible to navigate. Things like account transaction history don’t display properly. I was unable to do something as simple as check a transaction. Too bad for CFCU as I may have to try another credit union to get a good mobil app. Good luck trying to email or call for support as the online help is now a useless bot, no humans to help.
Absolutely hate this app. The previous was perfect and so user friendly. This app has made everything 100xs more difficult for me.
Since switching to their new system, the app is useless. I can no longer do any online banking via the app!
I don’t like this new app. When I view it on my iPhone, everything is very small and I have to keep zooming in and out to look at my accounts or to do a transaction. The old version was much better.
I like the extra security measures, but I can’t find the chat feature or secure email anywhere and getting help by phone isn’t easy. How can I access these?
I seriously have such a struggle with this app letting me log in. Touch ID should be enabled !!
