Every time I try to start a tutorial the app quits! Really?!? How about a little QA on your product!

Great and really fun. Really have enjoyed it. It hasn’t updated well for the newer iPhones and there is an issue where it constantly resets my settings which is wildly annoying.

I learned about catan a couple weeks ago with my older sisters and not I’m hooked. We would play the board game, but I couldn’t get enough of it so I got the app. It was so worth my $5 because the game is very exciting and very similar to the board game, only much more customizable. I absolutely love it and would recommend it anybody!

Purchased this app and am unable to register and set up play. Seems to be a glinch in the online portion. Totally a waste of money, would like a refund please.

It both uses internal knowledge to benefit the AI players at your expense and has all the AI players gang up against you in a coordinated and overwhelming fashion. It creates a form of gameplay that is extremely biased and honestly not fun. The developers should make the AI players act independently and without utilizing internals to pinpoint what the human player has or needs. There is absolutely no reason for this game to play in such a skewed manner.

The absurdity of the bots is unveiled and unparalleled. Initially as I would expand more rapidly than the bots (who seem to focus on development cards), I thought their systematic targeting of me was nothing more than strategy. But then the more I played and even when intentionally not acquiring victory points I realized it’s not even remotely strategy that inspires their decisions. Even while in last place I realized the bots didn’t care who was winning. They will target you no matter what. Even if you’re down by 4 victory points and the front runner is on the verge of winning, they don’t care. They WILL target you regardless. It’s infuriating because it doesn’t actually allow you to play the game as it’s meant to be played. A good app but clearly designed to target you no matter the situation.

This is BS this won’t even let you create an account to play online and is in a whole another language.

I’ve had this app for a few years now and have enjoyed playing against the computer. The live online play feature has so much potential but has suffered from the same annoying drawbacks for so long. This would easily be a five star app worth four times as much if online play fixed a few simple features: - make an online quick play game menu so the user can pick which game they’d like to join - or at least make it so you can return to the online interface if you don’t like the quick play game you’ve been assigned - include chat (with a mute option) - include vibrate alerts for turn and “taking too long”

When an 11 or a 3 are rolled more than 3 times in a row & the ai is on these spaces & you aren’t, it’s clear something has a proverbial finger on the scale.

The difficulty is rigged so that you will have a high chance of being targetted by robbers even if youre not in the lead. Also dice is not random, dice is set in mind to make sure to have a bell curve histogram, but also keeps in mind what resources you have to keep you from gaining more resources. This is exemplified when you set the difficulty to easy. The bots dont get more difficult as you set the difficiluty higher, the dice is what is rigged to make the game more difficult. Proabaly due to ease of development as its easier to do that rather than competent bots because the developers are inexperienced or lazy. Dont play bots
