Every time I go in to the app to see my rewards balance or anything with rewards, an OOPS something went wrong message pops up :(

Need to have a way to place a half and half pizza to please the whole family. App before allowed this. Now try to put It in the carry out instructions and hope they get it right

App freezes and deletes order causing you to log back in and start over. If you pay at the store when checking out the card machine asks for your telephone number to add Casey’s reward points it causes the transaction to fail. The clerk attempted to subtotal multiple times but the system kept failing. I was told the new Casey Rewards system has a lot of bugs and to call the home office if I wanted my points added to my account.

Love Casey’s In general but the app is completely garbage. I can’t even create an account because it says “Something went wrong”. It won’t let me order food either.
