Caseys App and Casey Rewards – Casey's Review

App freezes and deletes order causing you to log back in and start over. If you pay at the store when checking out the card machine asks for your telephone number to add Casey’s reward points it causes the transaction to fail. The clerk attempted to subtotal multiple times but the system kept failing. I was told the new Casey Rewards system has a lot of bugs and to call the home office if I wanted my points added to my account.
