Poor customer service – CASETiFY Review

The cases are great but the customer service is not. I ordered the wrong size case for my daughter’s new phone I gave her for her birthday. I followed the instructions for returns. It’s been weeks and still no reply from customer service. It was a Halloween case so it is senseless to get one this late. My daughter reordered another case from Casetify because one was needed for the new phone but I am still stuck with a $50 case I can’t use.
