Very easy to use so far. If I find the car I need, I’ll update with my opinion of their selling process / ethics.

The app is pretty handy -- It works nicely, very easy to use and super intuitive. I see no problems with it. But my rating is more so based on CarMax as a dealership. I kept coming back because I really liked my sales lady. She gave me honest advice and did not pressure me! This goes to show that the old traditional idea of sales tactics no longer work in modern society. I went to Medved and the salesman was so pushy that I could not get out of there fast enough! Aside from that, I paid a fair price and got financing with really bad credit. My 2015 Nissan Altima works great and has not had any problems at all. I purchased a warranty but luckily have not had to use it. Overall, I had a very decent experience and will probably be back to CarMax to purchase my next car.

I have owned seven Audis previously. Some new, mostly used through CarMax. I love this car! This car had around 5000 miles when I purchased it. The technology is amazing. My salesman (Amin Amin) at the Boynton Beach store was great! The car was transferred to Boynton Beach and Amin kept me informed every step of the way. Even with the $499 transfer fee, the price was excellent. Audi recommends CarMax if you are looking for a used Audi or for selling your car. The Q7 is comfortable, drives beautifully, is elegant and practical. My grandchildren love it. The third row provides flexibility with seating. The a/c seats were a real plus in south Florida. My husband loves the turbocharged engine! His 2015 Ford Expedition is not nearly as much fun to drive and never seems to accelerate as quickly. The only negative is that the black carpet floor mats show everything. I learned through Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University that purchasing a used car with cash is the smartest way to go. Audi is known for its longevity, excellent quality and advanced technology. I also love Audi for its service department. Their service advisors are there for you. I have appreciated having one service advisor for my car/cars. Much like your own personal physician. I called the Audi Service Dept in Coral Springs to check the history of the car by vin number. Everything checked out. I saved about $20,000 by purchasing my car slightly used. I also purchased a waterproof mat from Weathertech for the back area where the third row is. It saves a lot of aggravation and mess if you transport a lot of stuff. It’s a beautiful car. Know what features you find important. Ask questions. Also, be sure to purchase an extended warranty if your car is out of warranty with Audi. I have only used Audi to service my cars. I am super happy!

It’s supposed to be a unique experience. You find a car online, reserve it, go in for a test drive then decide to buy or not. The problem is the employees can’t even follow this simple concept. I found a car and requested a transfer only to find out the dealership allowed someone who came in hours after I reserved to hold the car. I called and complained to a sales manager about CarMax being unable to follow its own policies and he eventually stated he would drop the hold and allow me to come in to test drive the car. 30 minutes later I get a call stating the other person had already come into the store to “run credit” yet wasn’t actually picking up the car until 4 days later ?. As I said just another car dealership pushing the sell of a car mindless of the policies that supposed to make carmax unique. Nothing unique here.
