An update must have been pushed and now I cannot log in because the app keeps saying I need the most recent update. When I click “update” it takes me to the App Store and it says it is updated. So... stuck in a loop and unable to upload documents.

Apparently I need an “update” but when I try to do that the app just goes around in circles? I need to upload EOB’s (like always) because I do not have access to a fax machine but this glitch or whatever is not allowing me to. Hopefully they don’t deactivate my card while I wait.....,

I don’t know if the app hasn’t been updated to use or accept Apples Face ID or not, but I e downloaded the latest version of the app and it dumps every time and immediately after entering my login name. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling, and no improvement. I can access the account online no problem. It’s just the app...

This app use to work for me. I don’t know what changed but I am having the same problem as others noted. As soon as I out in the user name it dumps and closes. I e called customer service. They took my phone numbers to call me back .. no call back yet.

Used to work but now force closes when I try to sign in, had to use the website instead.

I was looking forward to submitting my receipts by taking a picture on my phone. Downloaded the app, was able to login OK. I was able to find the claim and click the button to submit a receipt and the app immediately threw me out. Logged in again, went through the steps. I took a picture but I have two receipts. I don’t see how you can submit a second photo. I then tried to search for the claim and it has disappeared. I used both a date range and the exact dollar amount to search and nothing shows up on the “list.” I’m already disappointed with Careflex. I’m now going to go online and see if I have better success submitting with a scanned document— more time consuming. What a shame. Was really looking forward to the faster claim substantiation. Our company just chose careflex over another FSA/HRA administrator. I thought Careflex was going to be a better company, but we’re already off to a bad start.
