The reason four, is because there should be like a team battle, pick your team and battle others! I have a cousin that plays, I wish there was a Team Battle. Otherwise, great! Please make updates!

Held top 10/#1 in this game repeatedly, over several major iterations. Conceptually it’s a cool game, but it lacks execution, consistency, and a sensible development strategy. Investing money often yields no return as major changes can render your purchases useless or unrequited.

Updates erase stuff, and no asynchronous

My family and I used to play asynchronous multiplayer together. It was a way for us to connect even though our schedules were different... now that’s gone, and it’s really annoying. Additionally, many of the updates removed cards we had paid for... its borderline criminal actually. This dev needs to shape up. I loved this game but I deleted it months ago Bc of how horrible the dev treated customers. Also, no offline is a problem to me too. There should at least be an option.

I have a iPhone XR and the game freezes every time I click on the option to open packs used to play this on steam and then on my old phone and I’ve spent money on it on and off over the years and it’s a shame it doesn’t work any more

I officially give this my “Best Mobile Game” award. I have been playing this game for 3+ years and it is still my daily go-to. What it has going for it: + Nice art style + Combination of tactical combat and CCG + Large card pool with good variation + Well balanced factions and strategies + You CAN collect all cards for free (but it will take a while... a LONG while) - Up to a certain point you have to get more cards (Rares, Epic and Legendaries) to compete, so fork over some money or grind it out — but it’s worth it! - Developers have been very active with updates, expansions, balance patches, etc, BUT not so much lately. Try it, it’s free, whaddya have to lose except time (And if you love it like I do, ALOT of time :). )

While most other card games are basic and feature simplistic mechanics, Cards and Castles combines a grid-based strategy game with a trading card game. Instead of playing my cards and waiting for my opponent, I am able to control my cards well after that, and move around the board strategically to create even more fun and complicated mechanics.
