I had a gift card in my account. I tried to use it in the restaurant, but my bill was not paid and the balance of the gift card became zero, but the bill was about the half of the remaining balance. It was embarrassing situation and had to pay with my credit card. I tried to reach the customer service and sent a message, but the never answered. Beware!

I purchased a chili’s gift card, when I went to use it it was declined stating there was no money left on it. I paid $41.50 for a $50 card that I was scammed out of. I having been emailing customer service to which I get an automated reply that someone will get back to me. as of today no response. I started emailing on 2/15/18. The company states they have a 100% guarantee the card you purchase will work and if not will return your money.. Well good luck with getting your money back. Terrible customer service.

I “sold” my gift cards to cardpool on a Monday, and under normal circumstances(non holidays) it should process within 24 hours. That did not happen. After 72 hours I decided to simply sell to someone local on Craigslist. TWO WEEKS LATER: a cardpool associate called me to get additional information about my cards. They’ve gotta do better. False advertisement is worse than a long and drawn out process of selling gift cards to the company.

I'd avoid this for anyone planning to buy gift cards. Electronic gift card delivery is too slow. When you contact customer service, they don't care about your business.

When trying to sell a gift card , I put in all the card info after confirming through text and email it says sorry unable to process your request yet again smh I don’t feel like it’s safe why put all the info for it not to work ! Hope I don’t have to go through the embarrassment of using the card in stores and them saying there’s nothing in it !! fix your app !!!

Ordered a gift card after reading the site saying it would take a few hours to one day. It took 3 days and even worse is there support is non existent! Tried calling, emailing, no response. STAY AWAY!

They have really good discount on lot of store compare to other site like raise. Though they mentioned 3 days for e card delivery but for me I placed order on Saturday and it’s delivered on Monday morning. Great discounted Gift card. Also if you are using BeFrugal kind of reward for purchase website they are giving on top 2% for shopping from card pool. + first timer and reference discount always available ✌️ it worth if you know how to save money.

I really like using cardpool but this app honestly leaves a lot of space for improvement. Can't see referral credits, and wish you could pull up your cards via the app
