Bought two $25 gift cards, one had nothing on it when he restaurant tried to use it, and the other had a $1. Beware, you may be buying a used gift card with nothing on it.

It’s impossible to use this app to purchase gift cards. Everything is listed as “sold out”.

Slow service and poor communication

I bought an Amazon card and it takes over 3 days to someone contact me instead of receive my gift card fast as other gift card apps do. The app has not an area to view your order status. I’ve sent two emails asking for updates when someone contact me to confirm personal information and so debit the payment. It was too late for me because I had made the purchase via other app, so I asked to cancel my order. I read other reviews and it happens frequently, so if you need to buy something fast or like to know the status of your purchase, this is not the app that you need.

I don’t really do app reviews but this app deserves It so here we go THIS IS THE WORST APP I HAVE EVER SEEN THIS APP ASKS YOU ALL THIS INFORMATION AND IT TAKES A LONG A*S TIME TO DO SO AND WHEN YOUR DONE PUTING YOU INFO IT DOESN'T EVEN WORK I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO MAD AT A APP BEFORE

I have been trying to do this for three days without success. I get an error message at the very end every time, after going through the trouble of entering all of the information. I have tried all of the different types of redemption, I’ve tried the app as well as the website , And even located a kiosk which did not work either. I went to the website of my gift cards and verified that they were active with funds on them, but nothing is working and I’ve spent too much time on this.

This app is great and has saved me so much money HOWEVER one day it said I had the in perfect password even though I have it saved. Cardpool said they couldn’t help me reset it that I should create a new account which means I lost all the gift cards I had saved to my wallet. Their customer service is awful and ZERO help. Great concept pathetic customer service

Waste of time and memory space

I was able to sign on long enough to purchase my first card. Now it demands I verify all of my information every time I try open my wallet to use the card I bought. The wallet NEVER opens! I haven’t had any trouble finding discounted cards elsewhere. I recommend leaving Cardpool in the dust.
