After a year of tracking my meals and weight, it deleted my information and it cant validate my user name and password. Super frustrating especially when I was going to switch to premium after the new year. Otherwise, it is a great app. Tracking helped me lose 25 lbs.

It’s a good app but there’s a new bug

So I’ve been using this app since last year and it’s v helpful, I used it this morning and everything was fine but a few minutes ago it logged me out and won’t let me get back in so I signed in with Apple and everything was ok until I tried putting a profile picture, it kept deleting. I was like that’s fine like it’s not a big deal but then I went to log my breakfast and nothing is popping up. I tried searching up eggs and it said “no results” I deleted and redownloaded the app and even checked for updates. Nothing is working and this little red tag keeps popping up in the corner every time I try to do something it says “sorry there was a problem with your request” please help!!!!!!

This app is great when it works but mine has crashed several times and deletes all my information. I have to signup again and start over. Very frustrating

I have used this for a long time and loved it. I purchased a premium subscription. Now all of a sudden it just won’t function. I went to log some info and it had lost all my profile information and wanted me to log in all over again. I couldn’t remember my password but neither the app or the website will let me reset it. It just gives a vague error message that there is a problem with my request. Since I purchased through Apple I tried using my Apple ID to log in instead. It logged me in and shows some other user profile! This totally scares me from a security standpoint. The entire app appears to be seriously broken. I have tried emailing support. We’ll see what happens.

I’ve had this app less that 24 hours. Seeing if it’s for me or not and it’s already hacked. I’m now locked out and can’t get into it. Obviously I can’t recommend this to anyone

Can’t log meals

The app is working fine until I have to log my meals. As soon as I start typing, error messages pop up that say “sorry there was a problem with your request” and even after I hit search still nothing. I’ve tried closing the app I also uninstalled it and it still says the same thing.
