I’ve been using Car Navigation with a 2018 Ford in the U.S. Midwest for a few days now. The installation and setup on my iPhone were easy and completed without any problems. The product works very well with the Sync 3 version in my vehicle and its directions have been spot on. I did have one question about the product that is not answered online, so I used the “submit a request” feature on Sygic’s website to pose the question to the company. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a fully responsive reply in my email the following morning. My experience has been very satisfying all the way around.
