Isn’t working

There’s some kind of bug and it won’t even let me login, it keeps telling me my account must be verified but it was verified long ago, I tried to look for help on support page but could not find any
Can’t even log into the app

I input my login info and then it prompts me to verify my account. I do and then it just opens my Instagram app. When I go back to captivate, it still isn’t logged in. I did circle this 5 times...
A big issue

I have been trying to login for a while but it keeps saying I need to verify so I did and after it kept saying it again and again so I waited a few days and it’s still not working. I’m wondering if this problem is going to be fixed!!!

I DL the app - it verifies w IG - I verify w IG - I follow all the steps yet I can’t access the app - GARBAGE

I’ve tried multiple time and even uninstalled and re installed the app multiple times. The app will not allow me to log in and verify my account. It logs me into my Instagram and I even am able to say that it was me logging in. That should be all the verification it needs but it won’t allow me to log in.... waste of time.

Support never responds. I cannot follow or unfollow anyone anymore. I email them every month, zero reply.

I downloaded and upgraded to cloud service but was never able to log into my business Insta to utilize this app. It would only log me into my personal account. I emailed the company three times to get support and never got a response. Will see if I get the refund I just requested. If you are going to make a complicated app, please have customer service available. I am tech savvy. This app just didn’t work.

Before selling your app figure out Instagram rules. It shows cool down for me all the time and I cannot do anything for 24h. I feel scammed. Stay away from them

This app executed my 50 actions just fine soon as I paid for cloud service I kept getting action blocked cool down started meanwhile I could do all these actions on my actual IG so could be great if it worked.
