I want a refund – Captivate for Instagram - Mass follow and unfollow Review

I downloaded and upgraded to cloud service but was never able to log into my business Insta to utilize this app. It would only log me into my personal account. I emailed the company three times to get support and never got a response. Will see if I get the refund I just requested. If you are going to make a complicated app, please have customer service available. I am tech savvy. This app just didn’t work.
