Bought app, it was working well but now I can’t get it to upload my unfollowers.. which was the purpose of me even getting the app ? any suggestions or better apps?

It worked the first month I used it but know it does not! I would do around 50 people and still say I passed the Instagram limit. I said okay let’s try 10 and still happened. I’m just frustrated because of my waste of money!
