I can contribute my weight loss and being healthier due to MyNet Diary. The food I was eating, thinking that they were healthy for me such as an oatmeal, yogurt as well as some fruits, once I placed them in the tracker realizing how many sugars carbs, calories were in the particular item, I was very surprised by the results and was able to adjust accordingly.

Hands down the best app available. Invest in the PRO version to get the most out of it. I love the chart illustrating progress and also when I have gotten off track. The nutrition grading is very helpful in identifying days where I could have improved nutritional content. I have lost 45 lbs in about 16 months without doing a crash diet, and most importantly I am keeping it off.

I switched from MyFitnessPal to MyNetDiaryMaximum. Being a Type2 Diabetic, I needed to be able to log my blood glucose readings daily. It is more expensive but it is very useful as a diabetic. I do wish I could print a blood glucose report from this for my doctors though.

I used to use another similar well-known app… This has been my replacement. The other app just became too complicated to use and started to bury useful functions behind subscription walls. This one is simple to set up and yet gives you as much or as little detail as you want. They do have subscriptions for some extras, but the "basic" level is awesome.
