Horrible

Santoman

I was expecting to link my Fitbit to this app and apparently along with the 3.99 I had to pay for the app they want more money to connect the two even though it shows up in the app screenshot. Rubbish

Best out there

SouthernFaith

Update: After using this app for over seven years, I can honestly say it's the best out there. I have tried other brands with less success. I always do my best to maintain my goals when I am tracking my intake and MyNetDiary has been an amazing tool for that. After three kids it can be a little more difficult to stay focused and make healthy decisions---and snack less! But using this app helps me to be honest and work my butt even harder when I get off track. My favorite tools are the charts to see where exactly I am going wrong and the "copy from recents" feature. I am a creature of habit so I love being able to quickly copy meals, add recipes, and get accurate information. Old review from six years ago: I love this app! It has been better than the other two dozen I have downloaded, including weight watchers. You can find about anything in the search, even recipes from your favorite cook books, like Hungry Girl. I have been using this app for a few months and already reached my weight goal; however I still use the application to have success in maintaining my current weight!!!

Love it

I used the Diabetes App until iPhone no longer supported it. Reluctantly, I tried apps to manage carbs etc for diabetes. This is the best I found. Now I have worked with it I find it much easier to use than Diabetes Ap. The list of foods is extensive. The only thing I needed to enter was personal recipes. It is Sooo much easier to enter and find when you need it.

Worth every penny!!

This ap is great! It counts everything! I use it every day as I try to put on lean mass. Buy it today! You won't regret it!

Recent upgrade broke more than it fixed!!!

10/2017 Update ... the companion app of My Net Diary Running needs to be updated to iOS !!!! It was a value added app to the Diary app. Without the Running app I will have to really consider if I should maintain my ‘Pro’ upgrade when it comes due I love this app for journaling my food but this last upgrade has made it more difficult to do. Agree with other reviews about needing the ability to change portions. Bring back ability to swipe left on a meal page to get list of previous meals to use for copying. This was much more efficient than the way you have to do it now. Plus I have end up copying to the wrong day. Also the favorites lists are not as intuitive as they had been. I have been using this app for over two two years but this most recent upgrade has me thinking about looking for another app.

The best calorie tracking app

Seread

A wonderful, accurate tool.

Pretty good dieting aid.

Not like web/PC

Listing of foods/dishes could be improved significantly if they were listed by keyword or alphabetically. That way similar dishes would be shown together. Usefulness could be further improved if a caloric measure was also reported in the listing in the mobile application. Utility of charts would be increased if a horizontal line indicating average was drown each where appropriate. Little or no quality control on food entries. Thus the same dishes often show up with wildly different # of calories. Charts are difficult to read as the mobile application shows everything from only a vertical position and not a horizontal one. Company doesn't respond to suggestions like the above. One wonders if they are read. They certainly dont appear to act on them. THE THINGS WHICH NEEDED TO IMPROVE WHEN I FIRST WROTE ABOUT THEM STILL NEED TO BE IMPROVED. ADDITIONALLY 1. The new automatic exercise tracking is klutzy and difficult to control 2. Charting capability is inadequate and poorly designed. 3. Presentation of menu items is without rhyme or reason. I WILL UPDATE THIS IF COMPANY HAS RESPONDED

Great app. Easier to use than Fitness Pal

TrishBurn

Tried fitness pal for awhile because my boyfriend loves it, but I went back to mynetdiary. Easier to use, simpler interface an quicker food search & entry. Overall great tool for tracking eating habits and calories.

Fine app

Handy_Works

I use this mostly for weight tracking and it does that extremely well - much nicer interface than other apps I've tried. I have looked at many of its features and functions and while I don't need them they look like they are very well implemented. This is definitely worth considering.
